We continue to receive information that there are companies contacting our Mari-Tech colleagues to try to sell them hotel booking links, attendee lists, etc. These companies are misrepresenting themselves and are in no way affiliated with Mari-Tech or its partners.

Should you receive an email or phone call from a Housing Management Company, be aware that they have no association with CIMarE, Mari-Tech or CanPlan, nor have they been authorized to book hotel rooms on our behalf. We recommend booking directly with the hotel in our room block.
