EXHIBIT DETAILS

An exhibit space will draw in a lot of attention and traffic from attendees, which creates continuous opportunities to speak and build relationships with possible future employees, contractors, suppliers, buyers, etc. It is also an exciting way to continuously network throughout the conference.

Note that due to the configuration and total square footage of the hall, we have made some adjustments to exhibit space options.

Option 1 (red spaces on the floor plan)
10’ wide x 8’ deep
$3,750

Option 2 (gold spaces on the floor plan)
8’ wide x 8’ deep
$3,600

Both options include:

• 2 full conference registrations (access to presentations and education sessions, daytime meals and Opening Reception on May 12)
  • Evening event tickets on May 13 are not included in full conference registration and can be purchased separately as part of the attendee registration process
• Standard electrical (duplex outlet)
• Skirted table and 2 chairs
• 8′ high back panel and 3′ high side panel pipe and drape
• Venue is fully carpeted
• Logo and link on conference website
• Logo and listing in conference mobile app
• Logo on master sponsorship loop and on-site signage

HOW TO SECURE AN EXHIBIT SPACE

• In the middle of the screen, click NEXT button
• Click on your booth location of choice on the floor plan
• Click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT button on right hand side
• If you are purchasing exhibit space only, scroll to bottom and click UPDATE SERVICES SELECTION: Next>>
• If you are also interested in sponsorship, choose an option from the comprehensive list, change quantity to “1”, then scroll to bottom and click UPDATE SERVICES SELECTION: Next>>
• Complete Exhibitor / Sponsor Profile Form, click UPDATE EXHIBITOR PROFILE: Next>>
• Review Terms of Service, check “I agree to the above terms of service” box, click Next>>
• Review order, then:
  • If you are purchasing exhibit space only, choose PAY ONLINE and proceed (an order confirmation and payment link will be sent automatically to the administrator email in the exhibitor profile section)
  • If you are purchasing sponsorship where the exhibit space is an included deliverable, please STOP at this page and send an email to sue@canplaninc.ca so that I can activate the order manually and reverse out the cost of a separate exhibit space (since that cost is already included in the total sponsorship cost)
