Evening Event

Additional details and registration for the Evening Event will be available shortly. Information on the Evening Event will be sent to all registered attendees once it is available.

The registration fee includes:

Conference Pass:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Access to the Exhibition hall
  • Opening Reception on Tuesday, April 23; breakfasts, refreshments and lunches on April 24 & 25

Day Pass:

  • Access to all sessions on the day you purchased
  • Access to the Exhibition hall on the day you purchased
  • Breakfast, refreshments and lunch on the day you purchased

Exhibition Hall Pass

  • Access to the Exhibition Hall on the day you purchased
  • Breakfast, refreshments and lunch on the day you purchased

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted, and a refund issued until March 1, 2019 minus a $100 administration fee (Cancellations are not available for the Evening Event). Any cancellation is to be sent via email to mc@maestroevents.ca. No cancellations will be accepted as of March 2, 2019. Name substitution sent via email at mc@maestroevents.ca, will be accepted until the day of the event.

Exhibitors Sponsors
Exhibitors receive the following passes per booth:

  • 10’ x 10’ – $2,500 plus HST
    2 Conference Passes
  • 10’ x 20’ – $5,000 plus HST
    4 Conference Passes

**Any additional conference passes or Evening Event ticket will need to be purchased at the above rates.

Sponsors receive the following passes per sponsorship:

  • Platinum Sponsorship
    Includes 4 Conference Passes and a Corporate table of 8 at the Evening Event
  • Gold Sponsorship
    Includes 2 Conference Passes and 2 Evening Event Tickets
  • Silver Sponsorship
    Includes 1 Conference Pass and 1 Evening Event Ticket

**Any additional conference passes or Evening Event ticket will need to be purchased at the above rates.
