Glenn served 20 years in the Royal Canadian Navy in surface ships and then as the Marine Systems Engineering Head of Department in HMCS ONONDAGA (Canadian Oberon Class submarine) coupled with time in the engineering headquarters, both on exchange in the UK and in Ottawa. Glenn has over 10 years in industry supporting the Victoria Class Submarines, including the roll out of the Victoria In-Service Support Contract (VISSC). Presently, Glenn is an independent consultant in the role of “Friend of the Government.”
